14) Crypto-Specific Disclosures and Disclaimers
A) Public blockchain visibility
Blockchain transactions are often public and may be viewed by anyone. Wallet addresses and transactions may become associated with your identity if you publicly link them (e.g., exchange accounts, social media, doxxed wallet lists).
B) No control over blockchains
We do not control blockchain networks. On-chain transactions may be irreversible and we may be unable to delete or modify blockchain records.
C) Third-party wallets and providers
Wallet providers, exchanges, RPC endpoints, and other infrastructure providers may collect data independently. We are not responsible for their practices.
D) Eligibility checks, airdrops, and anti-abuse
If we offer airdrops, allowlists, rewards, staking, or similar features, we may evaluate eligibility using on-chain activity and anti-fraud signals to prevent abuse and maintain integrity.
E) No financial, legal, or tax advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions and risks related to crypto assets, including volatility, smart contract risk, loss of private keys, and regulatory risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
